Inspired by her grandmother Earlene, who introduced her to thrifting, and her mother’s passion for vintage, Shayla discovered that fashion could be a powerful way to tell your story and stand apart.
For nearly 20 years, Random & Chic has celebrated those who dare to be outrageously glamorous, eclectic, sexy, and bold, offering one-of-a-kind vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories for the fashion-forward and fearless.
Shayla is also the creator of #SlayForAChange, a movement that uses fashion to amplify voices and spark conversations around social issues—because at Random & Chic, we believe in standing out on purpose and standing up with purpose.
