- Orders take up to 7-14 business days to process before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing times may be longer during high volume products, sales or holiday seasons.
- Curated Style Boxes & Custom Orders require 10-12 weeks for shipping.
Shipping
- Domestic Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment. However, delivery times may be affected by inclement weather, distance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once you receive your tracking number, please direct any delivery-related inquiries to USPS.
Note: Only some orders qualify for express shipping. If you’d like to check eligibility, please email [email protected] before placing your order. - Lost or Mis-Delivered Packages:
If your package is lost or mis-delivered, please file a claim with USPS before contacting us. We are unable to assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number. - International Orders:
International packages typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, delivery may take up to 30 days in some cases.
